The buzz about this year's gaming ceremony has been intense, particularly after host Geoff Keighley posted a puzzling image of a desert monolith. The question has now been solved. Larian Studios is developing a completely new Divinity game.
Titled simply Divinity, the game was showcased with a bold trailer featuring striking imagery, from a burning man to scenes of revelry and the literal opening of infernal gates.

For those expecting Divinity Original Sin 3, this is not that. Larian warned that a follow-up to its venerated RPGs is not being worked on now.
